Legal Disclosures.
Important disclosures for lien waivers, payments, compliance, and AI features.
Lien waiver disclaimer
BulletDraw provides fillable statutory lien waiver forms for all 50 states — conditional and unconditional, progress and final — plus a GC final unconditional. They are practical starting points. Some states, including California (Civil Code §8132) and Texas (Property Code §53.281), prescribe mandatory statutory language. Review every legal document with qualified legal counsel before use.
Payment disclaimer
BulletDraw records payments and initiates ACH payouts through Moov; printed checks are recorded against a check profile you control. We are not a bank. Settlement timing depends on the ACH network and the receiving financial institution, and ACH returns are recorded when they occur.
Compliance disclaimer
COI and W-9 tracking is a convenience tool. AI reads fields and expiry dates off the documents a subcontractor submits, and a person confirms them. A document marked current in BulletDraw does not guarantee adequate insurance coverage or the accuracy of the information on it.
AI disclaimer
Invoice extraction, check scanning, budget import, compliance reading, bid drafting and daily-log drafting use large language models from Anthropic. Every result is presented for a person to confirm before it is used. Always review AI-extracted data before including it in a draw package or a payment.
