Set it up once. It holds on every job.

A role ticked screen by action and a member invited by link, a draw walking an approval chain with a send-back, a new project built from master data and the audit trail read in one place — watch an administrator's week.

Every role, every rule

The rules of the company, written into the software.

Built for administrators

Everything an administrator needs, on one login.

The people, what each of them can do, the order things are signed off in, the data every project shares and the record of what happened.

  1. Roles you define, screen by action

Start from Admin, Builder, Project Manager and Viewer, then edit them or add your own. Every screen has View, Create, Edit and Delete — and a role only sees the screens it can use.

Custom rolesView · Create · Edit · DeleteHidden when not allowed
  2. Members, invited by link

Invite someone into a role and the projects they work on. One person keeps one login across every organization they belong to, and switches workspace without a second account.

  3. Approval chains, in order

Set who signs off budgets, change orders, draws, purchase orders, invoices, payment release and draw reversals — org-wide or per project. Anyone in the chain can send it back; an admin override is explicit.

  4. Master data every project starts from

Cost codes, the working calendar, budget, schedule and RFQ templates, the trade catalog, trade partners, legal entities, inspection authorities, to-do types and daily-log fields — kept once, used everywhere.

  5. The audit trail, and the settings

One record of every decision, for the organization or a single project. Beside it, the company's settings: logo, billing profile, GC signature, invoice numbering and compliance — with DocuSign and Moov ACH connected and GL accounts mapped to your chart of accounts.
