Straight answers about how BulletDraw works: the engines, how lenders get access, how subcontractors get paid, waivers, compliance gates and roles.

Three places to look first.

Common questions
How a draw runs, how lenders and subcontractors take part, what the AI will and will not do, and how to get started.
Ten answers · one page→
From a new project to a funded draw.
The steps below are the product's own screens, in the order a builder meets them.
- 01
Create the project
The new-project form walks six steps. A project opens with fifteen tabs — budget, schedule, draws, change orders, subcontractors, payments, documents and the rest.
- 02
Bring the budget
Import a spreadsheet in any layout and let the AI turn it into a template you confirm, start from a saved template, or build it line by line from the cost-code catalog.
- 03
Upload the lender's template
The bank's own Excel draw form, uploaded once. Every draw fills it, with previously funded and retainage carried per line and rolled up to the bank's rows.
- 04
Invite the team and the subs
Team members get a role. Subcontractors get document requests they answer from a link, with no account; AI reads the fields and expiry dates off what they send.
- 05
Run the first draw
Six steps: create & invoices, review & validate, prepare payments, photos & progress, approve & submit, bank & payments.
- ✓
Get funded
The lender reads the package on a dashboard. Once funded, payments are released by ACH or check and the unconditional waivers follow the settlement.
Ask a person. We answer.
Tell us where it happens and what you saw. A screenshot helps. If it is holding up a draw, say so — those come first.
