Platform
Wired to what a draw needs.
BulletDraw connects where the work leaves the platform: e-signature, ACH, storage and email, sign-in, weather, and the AI that reads your documents. None of it is something you configure.

Eight connections, already built in.
Each one has a job on a draw, a schedule or a purchase order — and none of them needs setting up on your side.
E-signature
Waivers on 200 statutory forms go out for signature and come back signed, and the draw knows the moment they do.
Lien waivers
ACH payouts
Subcontractors are paid by ACH with no account and no bank sign-up on their side. Settlement releases the unconditional waiver; returns are recorded and recovered.
Payments
Document storage
Every invoice, certificate, photo and package is stored securely and shared through links that expire.
Files
Forty-seven kinds of notification, lender invites, document requests and reminder ladders go out by email.
Notifications
Background processing
Invoice reading, check scanning and the other AI work runs in the background, so a slow document never blocks a screen.
AI at scale
Sign-in
Email and password with verification, or Google sign-in — checked on every request.
Accounts
Weather
The daily log fills in the day's weather by itself, and the working calendar can count weather days.
Daily log
AI models
Task-scoped AI reads invoices, checks, budgets and certificates. Every result is confirmed by a person; there is no chat.
Document reading
GL code mapping, not a sync.
Cost codes and budget lines carry a GL code, with presets for QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct. Reports export to CSV in that shape. Nothing is pushed into your ledger by itself.
What that gives you
- ✓GL code mapping with QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct presets, editable per organization
- ✓Twenty-two reports across eight dashboards, each exportable to CSV
- ✓Invoiced vs paid, expense split, cost by phase and material purchases by vendor
- ✓The annual 1099 subcontractor payment summary report
- ✓Sales-tax rates, a P&L tracking screen and a cash flow screen
Two things we have not built.
No dates. We list them so nobody has to guess.
Accounting sync
Pushing payments and funded draws into QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct, rather than mapping the codes and exporting the CSV.
Beyond today's GL code mapping
A public API
Every screen already runs on one REST API. Documenting it and issuing keys per organization is on the list; contact us if you have a use.
The API every screen runs on
The doors that need no account.
Most of what BulletDraw connects to is a person on the other side of a job. They get a single-purpose link, not a login.
- ✓Lender review — an account by invite that owns only the packages sent to them
- ✓Supplier RFQ link — quote without an account
- ✓PO confirmation link — confirm the order and the delivery
- ✓Document request link — a sub answers a COI or W-9 request
- ✓Handoff acknowledge link — a trade partner accepts the date
- ✓Inspector checklist link, weekly report link, and share links for drawings, permits and estimates
Everything a draw needs, already wired.
