The draw package is re-keyed on both sides.
Every month a builder gathers invoices, waivers, progress photos and compliance documents into a package, fills in the lender's form by hand, sends it, and waits. On the other side a reviewer opens a PDF and re-reads what the builder already keyed. Subcontractors wait for the answer. Nothing about that exchange needs a person retyping numbers.
BulletDraw was built to turn the package into data on both sides. AI reads the invoices. The bank's own template is filled. Waivers go out on the right statutory form. The lender gets a dashboard that reads the package for them. And the money moves by ACH once the draw is funded, with the unconditional waiver following the settlement.

The screens are the builder's own: a draw wizard in six steps, a project with fifteen tabs, a Command Center per engine. Nothing adapted from a generic template.
Works with any lender
The bank's own Excel draw template is uploaded once and filled every draw. The lender is invited by email and reads the package on a dashboard. No bank has to be on our platform.
A seat for every side
The builder's organization runs BulletDraw. Lenders get a dashboard, subcontractors a portal, and suppliers and inspectors a link.
